The Bride
More images from that lovely wedding...
A bridesmaid putting on the necklace....
Waiting to get her veil put on...
Almost showtime...
Meanwhile... the men are having some sort of pow-wow in the board room.
They look very serious, don't they?

The first wedding of 2009!
The first wedding of 2009...was definitely a new and exciting experience~
I was fortunate to photograph such a beautiful bride and handsome groom. Everything about the wedding was good. I found myself getting a little teary-eyed during the ceremony when the couple read their custom vows. You can tell they are truly in love.
I loved the color scheme of the wedding...candy apple red, ivory, and of course black:
Red roses that truly stand out:
The dress by itself was gorgeous - it looked even better on the bride....
One thing about weddings - they take a lot longer to proof than sessions. I think I spent most of Monday sorting through all the images, and now the real work begins!
I think I also found myself a new assistant for weddings - my oldest daughter accompanied me to help out and she did a wonderful job and was very professional.
Today I booked 2 sessions as a result of the Buy One, Get One Free promotion that I am doing, so I look forward to working with those families.
I will probably post more of this wedding as I work through the images, so keep checking back!
