Fall Wedding...

This was one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever been to...and since I am so lucky to photograph beautiful couples, this one was no exception :)

I have known this family for a few years, and when they asked if I would prefer to be a guest or a vendor for their 10th anniversary vow renewal I did not hesitate to say "BOTH"!!!

This will be a two part series... I have so many shots to share:

See? I told you!

I loved the colors at this wedding! Good job, Shannon!

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~~

Summer wedding!

I love attending weddings...

And I tend to be pretty selective on the ones I will photograph.... The couple and I really have to click and I have to be excited about the wedding. This was one of those weddings!

The bride and groom were a fun couple with a great group of friends and family...

A bride should always have a back up plan for shoes...

Wait! You aren't supposed to kiss the groom!

There was a bounce house for the kids and the adults got in there! Someone save the bride!

Gorgeous blue sky to make it a perfect day...

Congratulations to you two!

April Wedding!

I can't believe I didn't blog about this wedding!

Two wonderful people, joined together with their friends and family on April 24th, 2010

I loved the color scheme of the wedding, and the guests were fabulous people to photograph and hang out with :D

Congrats to the two of you! May you have many years to cherish each other!

Temecula wedding

Aha! I didn't miss a day!

This is a wedding that I had the opportunity to shoot a few weeks ago. The bride and groom were so laid back, and I had a great time working with both of them, as well as their awesome family and friends. I wish them many years of happiness and love!

Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Rivera!

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving...and I am still not out of sessions to feature yet! I do have a special family session that I am shooting tomorrow. I am excited and so are they!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving, and I hope that you don't indulge in too much turkey! Even if you do, I can still make you look good!

A wedding....

A little while ago, I was asked to photograph a wedding that was a quick, spur of the moment kind of thing.
It was one of the cutest weddings I had ever shot.

The bride and groom were so photogenic!

Weddings always remind me of the promise of love and a wonderful future...

Congrats, Morgan and William!

Tomorrow I am officially on vacation! I will still have my phone with me, and will reply to emails in the evening when I get back to my hotel.
Hopefully I will get to blog a little too!

The Bride

More images from that lovely wedding...
A bridesmaid putting on the necklace....

Waiting to get her veil put on...

Almost showtime...

Meanwhile... the men are having some sort of pow-wow in the board room.

They look very serious, don't they?

The first wedding of 2009!

The first wedding of 2009...was definitely a new and exciting experience~

I was fortunate to photograph such a beautiful bride and handsome groom. Everything about the wedding was good. I found myself getting a little teary-eyed during the ceremony when the couple read their custom vows. You can tell they are truly in love.
I loved the color scheme of the wedding...candy apple red, ivory, and of course black:

Red roses that truly stand out:

The dress by itself was gorgeous - it looked even better on the bride....

One thing about weddings - they take a lot longer to proof than sessions. I think I spent most of Monday sorting through all the images, and now the real work begins!

I think I also found myself a new assistant for weddings - my oldest daughter accompanied me to help out and she did a wonderful job and was very professional.

Today I booked 2 sessions as a result of the Buy One, Get One Free promotion that I am doing, so I look forward to working with those families.
I will probably post more of this wedding as I work through the images, so keep checking back!
