T-Ball is very serious....

Going through my pictures from today's game, I came across this one. This is my son. He looks so tough, doesn't he? He was waiting for his turn at bat, and I caught him just as he was looking at me. Oh, and the scratch is not from playing ball - he was playing with sticks and his friend scratched him on the face.
He is very serious about hitting....and then when he's in the field he dances and digs in the dirt. I absolutely LOVE coaching Little League - it's so much fun!

On Saturday I was invited to cover a birthday party for one of my favorite clients. I met them back in November of 07 for Christmas pictures. Well, the patriarch of the family was celebrating his 93rd birthday and I was glad to see the whole family again. These people can really throw a party!
As you can see, they are a fun-loving bunch! I sincerely hope that Ruben gets more time on this earth with a family that loves him so much!
